Digital Dining's Frequent Dining program allows you to reward your customers and increase
your sales. It allows you to promote specific menu items, like appetizers, beverages or
desserts. Customer visits are tracked through the point of sale, and coupons and letters
may be generated to encourage repeat business.
The Frequent Dining program allows you to:
- Add frequent dining functionality to any register
- Maintain a customer database of over nine thousand
records
- Maintain frequent dining plans based on the dollar
value of purchases, the number of visits, or by menu item type
- Track customer purchases toward specified goals
- Reward customers with coupons generated at the
point of sale, letters printed in the back office or credit to be applied to a purchase

checks and prep tickets
- Track customer complaints and issue coupons based
on the reasons
