DIGITAL DINING'S hardware platform is one of its biggest attractions. The system runs on any Intel compatible 486 or Pentium processor, and can run on both DOS-based and Windows platforms. DIGITAL DINING'S POS workstations are low cost dumb terminals and can support any RS232 terminals, such as printers, cash drawers, pole displays, etc. The system will support from one to 64 workstations on a single processor. The terminals can be monochrome or color, and server entry can be keyboard or touch screen. DIGITAL DINING allows the user to mix or match any combination of the technologies THE POS RETAILER is a PC based system currently running the back office and registers on Pentium or Celeron processors. It's main feature is that it is not Windows based, it has its own extremely dependable operating system, completely dedicated to running your store day in and day out. It supports practically any model and make of report, label, receipt printer, cash drawer, and scanner.
